Richardson Hall from the greenRichardson Hall is now almost totally converted to twenty-one very nice apartments which are in great demand, despite the price of around £100,000 rising to £200,000 per apartment.

The pictures right - taken before the alterations -  shows the front of School! This apartment featured below is bottom right of the photo and the door - which is the original  - leads to the kitchen.

Richardson Hall - Apartment No. 1 - Hallway

In Richardson Hall, on the ground floor - bottom right look from the Green (where the music rooms used to be and latterly the San') is number one apartment. The entrance is through the main door on the School side which leads to other apartments - or from a kitchen door onto the Green.

This view shows the apartment connecting hallway.

The living room

The Living Room is accessed through double doors from the hall and looks out over the Green.

One of two bedrooms with an en suite bathroom.

One of two bedrooms in this apartment. This has an en suite bathroom. There is another bath room for the use of those using bedroom No. 2.

Other apartments on offer have two or three bedrooms.

The kitchen

The kitchen is of the most modern design with everything a proud cook could want. Just as well, though, the new owners will only be catering for a limited number - not the hordes who rampaged through Richardson Hall though the years!
